CURRENT PRODUCTS

Global Ethanol produces four primary of products as further described below:

Ethanol:
Global Ethanol produces approximately 160 million gallons of denatured 200 proof fuel grade ethyl alcohol, or ethanol, at its two sites. This fuel is manufactured to comply with all product standards for quality including the ASTMD 4806 product standard. This ethanol is available for shipment across the country by rail, truck or barge.

DDGS:
Global Ethanol produces approximately 450,000 tons of Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles, or DDGS. In addition to the production of this primary product for the feed market, Global Ethanol sometimes also produces variations of DDGS such as Distillers Wet Grains (“DWG”) or Modified Wet Grains. DDGS is typically produced at ten percent moisture content and can be easily shipped to destinations across the country as well as export. The DWG and modified DWG are sold with higher moisture content. The DWG is sold with 70% moisture content and the modified DWG is sold with 50% moisture. This high quality feed ingredient is utilized with various inclusion rates in the feed of Cattle (Dairy and Beef), Poultry (Chickens, Layers and Turkey).

CO2:
Global Ethanol produces CO2 as part of the fermentation process at both of its plants. At its Riga, MI plant, this CO2 is captured and sold to a further processor in raw form where it can be processed into beverage or industrial grade CO2 or dry ice.

Corn Oil and Bio-Diesel:
Global Ethanol recently reached a decision to install corn oil extraction equipment at both plants through a joint venture with Greenshift Corporation. With this equipment, Global Ethanol will produce ten million gallons of corn oil that can either be sold as a feed ingredient or further processed into bio-diesel. It is Global Ethanol’s intention to process 100% of this corn oil at a bio-diesel facility to be installed at the Lakota, IA plant location. It is anticipated that Global Ethanol will be producing the corn oil by the third quarter of 2008 and that the bio-diesel plant will be in production by the third quarter of 2009.

SAFETY

The Global sites continue to drive Safety Health and Environment (SHE) improvement through the implementation / improvement of a number of programs such as Process Safety Management (PSM), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS). It is easy to measure our safety performance through the after-the-fact reporting of the number of injuries we have each year for OSHA, but it is far more important to measure our safety performance before any incident occurs and before we have an injury. We can do this by measuring our compliance against these programs we are putting in.

We can also proactively measure how well we are imparting the core value of SH&E in our business by talking to our employees each and every day about safety and environmental awareness and ask them how they can contribute to a safe and compliant site; whether through cleaning up after they finish a job; or through reporting a hazard that if addressed now could prevent an incident occurring in the future; or simply by taking the time to think about a job before starting and making sure they have identified and controlled any possible hazards.

SAFETY, HEALTH and ENVIRONMENT POLICY

Global Ethanol places Safety and Environmental Stewardship as our top priority. We are committed to creating and maintaining safe and environmentally sustainable operations for our people. We are responsible for:

* Not injuring people
* Not causing occupational injuries
* Minimizing the adverse impact of our activities on the environment

We will achieve Safety, Health and Environmental excellence by the following principles:

* The safety of people is a value which will not be compromised
* We recognize excellence as good business
* We expect leaders at all levels to be role models
* Compliance with Safety, Health and Environment standards and procedures is absolute
* At risk behaviors will not be accepted
* Ongoing training and mentoring will be provided
* We will comply with county, state and federal regulations while maintaining an excellent working relationship with the regulatory bodies

Thank you to all our employees at all sites and remember: “AT WORK AND AT PLAY SAFETY LEADS THE WAY!”
